Cancellations / No-Shows 

We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit or a 50% charge of the service. 

Deposits & Packages 

All deposits are non-refundable. They are required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your services.. 

Package purchases are also non-refundable and non-transferable. 

All prepaid services/packages expire one year from the date of purchase. 

Late Arrivals 

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session, and fees may still apply. 

Health & Safety 

You confirm that you’ve disclosed all medical conditions, medications, or skin concerns relevant to your treatment. 

Results Disclaimer 

Results may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific results, and multiple sessions may be required. 

Credit Option 

In special circumstances, your deposit or package value may be held as credit can be applied towards the same/ other services at the spa in the future. (case-by-case basis).
